Many of our manufacturers have adopted the LEED Rating Systems, being a voluntary standard for developing environmentally responsible, low emission and sustainable buildings. Material Safety Data Sheets are available from our manufacturers and will be provided to you upon the completion of your transaction. If you require MSDS information, please contact us via telephone 1-877-277-4689 or e-mail info@inter-co.ca.

All of our products come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, a copy of which will be provided to you upon completion of your transaction. Inter-Co does not provide a warranty for manufacturing defects, as this is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

In addition, Inter-Co warranties the installation work for toilet partitions, lockers and washroom accessories installed by us. Such warranty is limited to the cost of re-installation of replacement material. The manufacturer's warranty and Inter-Co's installation warranty DO NOT extend to defects caused by:

1. Work of others;


2. Maltreatment of materials;


3. Vandalism;


4. Improper use;


5. Improper building construction;


6. Negligence; and


7. Acts of God

The Inter-Co installation warranty shall remain in effect for (1) one year from date of installation. If you require warranty information, please contact us via telephone 1-877-277-4689 or e-mail info@inter-co.ca.

1. Please note that Inter-Co's quoted price is valid for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of the quote. If an order is placed after the 30-day period following the initial quote, the price may be subject to change. All taxes are extra.


2. All orders are required to be paid for prior to delivery. Payment may be made by certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard, bank draft or wire transfer. Any payments made by uncertified cheque will be held for ten (10) days to ensure clearance. No orders may be place on a C.O.D. basis.


3. You are obligated to advise Inter-Co in writing of any defective, damaged or missing materials within two (2) days of delivery of your order. It is recommended that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it is accurate, complete and not damaged. Inter-Co accepts no responsibility for any defective, damaged or missing material if written notice has not been provided within the stated 2-day period.

Toilet partition and locker orders are not subject to return. In limited circumstances, certain washroom accessories may be subject to return, provided that a re-stocking fee will be charged on any such return. Please contact us at sales@inter-co.ca to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning any goods to us. Goods will not be accepted at our warehouse without a return authorization number. Any shipping or other associated costs in connection with any return shall be paid for by the customer.
